Pre-Consultation
You will be contacted in advance of your session and asked to confirm that you are not symptomatic. If you have a cough, temperature or cold and flu symptoms, you should not, under any circumstances, come to the consultation.
During your consultation
Online consultations can be facilitated. Contact me for more details.
I will begin by asking you to share your health story and medical history. This will lead to more in-depth questions about your diet, lifestyle and emotional well-being.
Next I use an assessment technique called Iridolgy. This is a non invasive study of the Iris of your eye. Observing the iris gives me important insights about your physical and emotional health.
Finally, we will discuss your health goals and what you want to achieve. From here we will work together to develop a health plan that works for you and your lifestyle.
Your second consultation will assess how you are progressing. This is your time to share how you have been feeling on your healing journey.
If you have any questions or concerns about your progress I will address these during this consultation. We can also adjust your plan or modify your herbal remedy to support you in achieving your health goals.
These will be guided by the progress you are making on your plan or if you feel you would like more advice, support or encouragement.
Longer lasting health outcomes are usually achieved with continued commitment, support and guidance.
Your questions answered.
Herbal medicine is the study and exploration of the interactions between humans and plants. Herbal medicines are plant-based medicines made from differing combinations of plant parts e.g. leaves, flowers or roots. Herbs are inexpensive, widely available and diverse in what they offer to us.
Iridology is a natural non invasive tool used to observe the iris of the eye. By observing the iris we can determine the physical and emotional health of a person and suggest specific treatment protocols.
Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking the bark, berries, leaves, flowers (dried or fresh), or roots from one or more plants in alcohol. The alcohol pulls out the active ingredients in the plant parts, concentrating them as a liquid.
