Pre-Consultation
You will be contacted in advance of your session and asked to confirm that you are not symptomatic. If you have a cough, temperature or cold and flu symptoms, you should not, under any circumstances, come to the consultation.
During your consultation
Online consultations can be facilitated. Contact me for more details.
I start by learning the details relating to your health story. Once I understand your symptom picture I then ask more in-depth questions about your diet, lifestyle and emotional well-being. With this information I begin to develop the foundations of your health plan.
I use an assessment technique called Iridology. This is a non invasive tool I use to observe the iris of your eye. Studying the iris lets me determine your physical and emotional health and suggest specific treatments that will be included in your health plan.
Finally, together we will agree on a healing plan that will work for you and your lifestyle. I provide my expertise, herbal remedies and encouragement. All I ask is that you provide the determination to keep to your plan.

Herbal medicine is the study and exploration of the interactions between humans and plants. Herbal medicines are plant-based medicines made from differing combinations of plant parts e.g. leaves, flowers or roots. Herbs are inexpensive, widely available and diverse in what they offer to us.
Iridology is a natural non invasive tool used to observe the iris of the eye. By observing the iris we can determine the physical and emotional health of a person and suggest specific treatment protocols.
Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking the bark, berries, leaves, flowers (dried or fresh), or roots from one or more plants in alcohol. The alcohol pulls out the active ingredients in the plant parts, concentrating them as a liquid.
